When you submit a project enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, email, phone number, service interest, project description, optional budget and preferred contact method, along with your consent and the submission time. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.
How we use your information
We use these details to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry and discuss potential services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or create a purchase agreement.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored using our website’s Lovable Cloud service. They are not publicly accessible through the website. Information may be accessed by Ficus Media and the service providers necessary to operate the enquiry service.
FICUS Flow — WhatsApp Business Messaging
Ficus Media uses the WhatsApp Business Platform and related technology to communicate with customers, respond to enquiries, and provide messaging and automation services through FICUS Flow.
Information we may process
When you communicate with Ficus Media through WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, WhatsApp account identifiers, message content, timestamps, delivery information, and any images, documents or other media you choose to send. We may also process information needed to manage conversations and respond to your requests.
How we use WhatsApp information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide customer support, operate messaging workflows, deliver requested services, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
Service providers and processing
Messages are processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. FICUS Flow uses a Cloudflare-hosted service to receive and process webhook events. Information may also be processed by other service providers where necessary to operate the service. Those providers’ handling of information is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and how it is used.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate our services, or where disclosure is required by law.

We do not use an advertising tracker in this website. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. No account is required to submit an enquiry.
